		by itself does not make a good inspector. I regularly attend seminars to keep my skills current.
		*Focus on your Health, Safety and Welfare* - Sounds obvious
		doesn't it? You have, or are, making a significant investment in a home. I will look for conditions that may affect your family's health and safety as well as conditions that may require a significant investment to repair/replace.
