- Narrative reports are much more informative than check lists. The report
will also provide background and additional information to educate the
buyer/owner on issues that may affect the home and its systems. The
report is packaged in an attractive personalized binder.

- Digital pictures help identify problems and provide more information to the
buyer/owner and the person making the repairs. Most pictures will be
annotated so you know exactly what is being observed. The pictures will be
embedded in the report and will be printed in a large format using high
resolution photography.
| AZ STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE |
- All reports include a copy of the AZ Standards of Professional Practice so
you know what will be inspected and what may not be inspected.
Showcase Home Inspections uses these standards as minimums and in
most cases will inspect more than is required by the State of Arizona.

- This provides you with an alternative ways to view your report. Internet
reports are available for 90 days. The CD copy will be included in the report
